Lead Oncology Platforms

ArQule has moved into clinical development with products generated from its lead oncology drug discovery platforms: c-Met inhibition and Activated Checkpoint Therapy®.
ArQule is in pre-clinical development with product candidates from additional platforms that target molecules with defined roles and therapeutic potential in cancer, including inhibitors of the Eg5 Kinesin spindle protein and the B-RAF Kinase. ArQule's discovery efforts are focused on the identification of novel Kinase inhibitors that are potent, selective and do not compete with adenosine triphosphate (ATP), an energy source for cells.
