Lead Oncology Platforms

ArQule has moved into clinical development with products generated from its lead oncology drug discovery platforms: Activated Checkpoint Therapy® and Cancer Survival Pathways.
ArQule is in pre-clinical development with product candidates from additional platforms that target molecules with defined roles and therapeutic potential in cancer, including B-RAF Kinase, HDAC (histone deacetylases), HSP90 (heat-shock protein), mitotic checkpoint activators and p53 (checkpoint control protein).
These products are investigational and have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
